We offer a free 30-day return window for refunds or exchanges. Just email our customer service department at service@hookedpins.com.

We do! The cost varies depending on the country. Your order may also be subject to customs and duties before your order is delivered. These fees vary country to country, so these fees must be covered by you. Another option we recommend for getting your order shipped to your country is using a freight forwarder. We offer free USPS First Class shipping to anywhere in the United States.

All orders shipped within the United States are free shipping.

International orders are based on calculated rate and do not include duties and taxes that are determined by each individual country. These duties and taxes are not paid for by Hooked Pins. They are the responsibility of the receiver.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
